Both teams to score and match result tips for Good Friday’s football including three picks from the Football League matches.
I can barely stomach the international break at the best of times, but one riddled with pointless friendlies is particularly hard to swallow. Nevertheless, a full schedule of fixtures in League's One and Two has come to the rescue and we've got three cracking matches from the football league's lowest tier to fill our score and win treble tip this weekend. The straight accumulator comes in at one of our biggest prices yet, a whopping 77/1 shot with Bet Victor. However, those after a safer bet should get their teeth stuck into trixie where the double with the shortest odds will return odds of 17/1.

Both Teams to Score and Win Tips
Northampton v Newport – Northampton to win BTTS
We're kicking our football tip off at Sixfields as the Northampton Town juggernaut takes on Newport County. The hosts might have started the season slightly under the radar, but have now put together one of the most impressive league runs you're ever likely to see. The Cobblers are currently 11 points clear of second placed Oxford United which is largely due to smashing a club record by winning ten games in a row over January and February. Although they have drawn a couple of times since then, Northampton are still 15 matches without a defeat and look absolutely certain to be promoted to League One next season. Opponents Newport head to town in mixed form but are certainly playing a lot better than they did earlier in the campaign. County started the season in awful fashion and looked absolutely doomed to relegation after winning only one of their opening 13 matches. Nevertheless, they have turned a corner since then and could realistically finish as high as mid-table now. Whether it's the fact Northampton are top of the league by a country mile, have plundered 68 goals already this season or have the best home record in the division, it's safe to say this one should go down as a banker home win. However, Chris Wilder's side have seen BTTS results in their last four matches in a row and their last three victories have also finished via this margin as well. I think there is enough here to suggest that this is a decent place to start this Good Friday betting tip.
Bristol Rovers v Cambridge – Bristol Rovers to win BTTS
Our second choice for the BTTS win tip features another in-form side as Bristol Rovers host Cambridge at The Memorial Stadium. After winning five matches in a row, Rovers have thrown themselves right into contention for automatic promotion at the end of the season. Although, Oxford may take some catching in second place, winning their game in hand would put them just three points behind The U's, with a number is favourable fixtures against sides from the bottom half of the table to come. Considering Bristol Rovers were playing non-league football last year, this is already an outstanding achievement regardless of where they end up finishing. Their opposition this Friday comes in the form of Cambridge, who really need to get their skates on if they are to force their way into the playoffs. United are currently six points off the pace and now face three horrid games against teams from the top five. Although they are a decent side on their day, their away record is average at best and they travel to a place where only one team has team has managed single point in the last nine matches. Based on this fact, Rovers have got to be heavy favourites, but considering five of their last six home victories have also been BTTS wins, this fixture has to make it onto the coupon.
Morecambe v Plymouth – Plymouth to win BTTS
The final selection on the score and win tip is certainly the toughest to call result wise, but should make its way in to the reckoning based on the home side's BTTS record alone. Hosts Morecambe are in the middle of an absolutely horrendous run of form that could have left them in much deeper water had it happened earlier in the campaign. The Shrimps have only managed four points from their last twelve matches and have one of the worst home records in the whole division. Although goalscoring hasn't been much of a problem, Morecambe haemorrhage them at an alarming rate and cannot seem to keep a clean sheet for love nor money. Their last shutout was fifteen games ago and they currently have the highest ratio for BTTS results in the whole of League Two at 70%. Opponents Plymouth are also stumbling, albeit on a far lesser scale. Argyle were heavy favourites for the title following a decent start to the season, but have been reeled in by a number of their rivals over the last few weeks and now face a real fight on their hands if they are to gain automatic promotion to League One. Although this is a fairly perilous choice, Plymouth have a decent away record and Morecambe are not playing well at the moment, so I'm going to plumb for a BTTS victory for the visitors.
