Wolfsburg v KAA Gent BTTS

Dieter Hecking's Wolfsburg side hold a 3-2 advantage over their Belgian opponents going into the second leg. However, the German side completely lost concentration at 3-0 up in the first leg to concede two late goals that allowed Gent back into the match, and I am backing both teams to score in the return leg.  Wolfsburg enjoyed a dominant display over Gent in Belgium, but seeing as Hein Vanhaezebrouck's side have nothing to lose and everything to gain in the return leg, I can see the Belgians going in full pelt to try and seize the initiative. Six of Gent's last seven European ties have ended with both teams scoring and they always make their opponents work for victory.  Given their 3-2 advantage, I expect Wolfsburg to progress, but I can definitely see Gent notching at least a goal, and ensuring some nervy moments for the Wolfsburg fans and players.  

 

Bolton v Ipswich Town BTTS

Bolton Wanderers are rock bottom of the Championship, and let's face it, they're pretty much certain to get relegated. With a 10-point gap to 21st placed MK Dons, Wanderers need a miracle to survive. However, one aspect of their game that hasn't been shaken by their terrible form is their ability to score. Bolton have scored in 7 of their last 8 League games, but unfortunately for them, the other team have managed to score in all 8. 7 BTTS winners from their last eight league games bodes well for our midweek BTTS accumulator with the visit of Ipswich on Tuesday. Ipswich's goalscoring form hasn't been fantastic lately, but they have notched up two 1-0 wins in their last two outings, and I'm pretty sure that they'll notch a third straight win over Bolton on Tuesday. However, given Wanderers' goalscoring form, I'm backing Bolton to grab at least a consolation and make this another BTTS winner.  

 

Bristol Rovers v AFC Wimbledon BTTS

Sixth meets 16^th in League Two on Tuesday, and given both team's impressive goalscoring form, I'm backing this tie to produce our third BTTS winner in our midweek BTTS accumulator tips. Rovers have notched up five BTTS winners in their last six League Two outings at the Memorial Ground, including a 4-1 win over Hartlepool at the weekend. Furthermore, both teams have scored in three of Wimbledon's last four away games in League Two. Just three points separate the two sides going into the match and both teams have everything to play for with just 12 games left of the current campaign. I'm backing both Bristol Rovers and Wimbledon to carry on their goalscoring form and make this our third BTTS winner of the night.  

 

Accrington Stanley v Portsmouth BTTS

We end Tuesday's BTTS accumulator tips with a tie between Accrington and Portsmouth, and looking at the statistics, it would be a travesty if this tie finished without both teams finding the net. Fourth placed Accrington have notched up a massive 12 BTTS winners in their last 13 League games at the Crown Ground, scoring a huge 30 goals during this run. Fifth placed Portsmouth have a similar record away from home, with eight of their last 10 League games away from Fratton Park finishing with goals for either side. There's only a single point separating these two teams going into Tuesday's clash, and given both teams are scoring for fun lately, it's hard to see this one finishing without goals for both sides. I'm expecting this one to round off our midweek BTTS accumulator tips nicely.
