Both Teams to Score Tips 6th Feb 2016

Bolton v Rotherham Betting Tip

Both teams to score

Bolton may well be languishing at the foot of the Championship, but their form is showing signs of picking up and they have gained four points from their last two in the League. Also, after a dismal start to the season where they seemed virtually incapable of finding the net, the Wanderers attack has seemingly found its rhythm. Bolton have scored five in their last two, including a morale-boosting 3-1 win over MK Dons, as well as a hard fought 2-2 draw with Wolves at Molineux. Rotherham take the trip to the Reebok on Saturday, and although they are faring little better than Bolton, in 21st place, their shooting boots have rarely been missing all season. They have 13 goals in their last eight, with only one match where they failed to find the net. Rotherham’s last three games away from home have finished as BTTS winners, and I'm expecting another winner in this Championship relegation clash on Saturday.

Chesterfield v Peterborough Betting Tip

Both teams to score

19th plays 10th in League One on Saturday, and if both team’s recent goalscoring form is anything to go by, we should be in for a cracker at the Proact Stadium. Chesterfield have scored 13 in their last five, including a 7-1 win over Shrewsbury. All five games were BTTS winners, and looking at Peterborough’s away record, you'd have to put your money on both teams getting on the scoresheet on Saturday. Peterborough’s last two away from home have finished as comfortable BTTS winners, with a 3-2 win over Sheffield United, as well as a 2-2 defeat to Gillingham. All three of Chesterfield’s recent meetings with Peterborough at home have finished with both teams scoring, and you'd have to fancy the same again on Saturday.

Mansfield v Morecambe Betting Tip

Both teams to score

Morecambe’s run of BTTS winners now stretches for six straight League games, and also looking at Mansfield’s home form, you'd have to expect more of the same on Saturday when the two teams go head to head. Barring last week’s 2-0 defeat to Luton, Mansfield had managed four straight BTTS winners at home, with a total of 12 goals scored over the four ties. Seven places separate seventh placed Mansfield from fourteenth placed Morecambe, but given both team’s recent form, I expect the game to be decided by only a single goal in a high scoring match.

Walsall v Millwall Betting Tip

Both teams to score

Looking at the statistics, the clash between Walsall and Millwall is odds on to be a BTTS winner for our weekend football tip. Walsall are on a run of four straight BTTS winners in the League, and they remain unbeaten from these games. Millwall go one better then Walsall, with a League run of five straight BTTS winners, including three wins, a draw and just one defeat. Walsall are flying high in second place in League One, but Millwall are close by in sixth place, and you can expect a good battle between the two sides on Saturday. Given both team’s long runs of both teams scoring, this clash has all the makings of a definite high scorer.
