Tottenham are still looking for their first win of the season following two draws and a defeat while Everton have already picked up an impressive win on the road, winning 3-0 at Southampton.

 

Tottenham v Everton Predictions:

 

Tottenham have had a poor start to the season and will be disappointed by draws against Leicester and especially Stoke after being 2-0 up at home. Harry Kane is yet to get his name on the scoresheet and although we are only three games into the season, the critics are sharpening their daggers ready for their second syndrome shouts about the England man.

 

Everton are a tempting bet to win against Spurs this weekend, the odds are 10/3 with Betfred and it might just be worth siding with the away team. One concern is that they played 120 minutes in a 100mph cup tie against Barnsley on Wednesday night with the likes of Lukaku, Stones and Jagielka playing the whole game.

Everton’s Romelu Lukaku has looked unstoppable at times this season and helped himself to another two goals against Barnsley, he is still far from the finished product but I’ll be having a bet on him to score in this match against a Spurs defence that once again looks lightweight.
